From 4/06/2022:

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has identified our communities as low risk for COVID-19 transmission. Therefore, effective immediately, we are updating our mask policy from mandatory masking in patient-facing settings to masking based on personal preference in all settings. Out of respect for varying comfort levels, if you or your family member would like us to wear a mask, we are happy to do so. Please just make us aware and we will put on a mask.
